There must be witches somewhere in Middle Earth,
But all I can think of is wizards.
Gandalf, Radagast, and Saruman too,
Don't forget the Blue Wizards too..
They're disguised as old men with walking sticks,
But those who know their identity know
That they never say a thing
They always know what to do.
Gandalf did at least. He helped to guide us all against the evil Of Sauron and Saruman And win the War of the Ring..
Saruman was tempted by evil
And he became the many coloured.
He even tried to deceive Sauron
But met his end in the Shire..
Radagast the Brown loved the animals
And even made his home among them.
He strayed from his mission
But he had one of his own..
Finally, the two Blue Wizards,
Who knows what happened to them?
They went to the East and never returned
And nobody knows what happened to them.
The Istari were magical beings
Who wielded power as old men.
They all had a mission
But only one succeeded.
