It's time for another segment of News and Noteworthy Events!
I know, I know, it's been a while since we've spoken. How have you been? How are the kids? How's your 401k? (I'm like 1% adult and 99% confusion.)
Anyways, I know you're all dying to know what's been going on lately in the world of HEX. Well, I am here to deliver the news and nothing but the news. And maybe a little sarcasm.
First off, we've had some lovely new items stocked into the stores along Diagon Alley, Knockturn Alley, and Hogsmeade. If you missed these then that's okay, because the pricing was so high, it left a few users weeping outside the storefronts. However, it did allow a few users to pre-buy some excellent HEXmas gifts (shout out to me).
Beyond the walls of Diagon Alley, we are in a full swing as the RPC forum is hosting the annual Project Ink. As of right now, Alisyn Malfoy and Xeneixian are the sole Slytherin competitors left. But we'd like to give a shout out AND round of applause to MissKonduct and to SOUP's newest writer, Pepper, for making to to the most recent round of the competition! Well deserved to you both!
In Slytherin related news, it seems good ol' Professor Slughorn is at it again with those pesky Slug Club Parties. This event was a great way to start off a totally new school year. Let's bring home the House Cup again, snakes! Go out and win House Points and do your homework!
