Bubble Pranks!
- Aria

It's time for another silly day spent with our favorite Hogwarts prankster, Peeves! To be quite honest, I've missed all of his silly shenanigans. I was a little upset that I had to actually search for him this time, but once I found him, he was over the moon to share another day of pranks with me! Before actively seeking him out, I made sure to pad myself up with a lot of sports equipment, just in case I wound up falling down the stairs laughing again. Would you be surprised if I told you that I did? No, of course not. Peeves had me howling with laughter the last time, and it happened yet again.

He asked me if I had any plans for the day because he was really just going to tease students today. I hadn't thought about it until I realized that we were standing by the Prefect's bathroom, and that's when it hit me! I was practically bouncing up and down with excitement. Bubbles! I suggested that we soap up the bath, get the bubbles all bubbly, and then charm them to fly through the air and bother everyone!

Peeves seemed to really like this idea, and that only made me even more thrilled with the idea! I bolted into the bathroom with Peeves following me. He turned on all of the water spouts because I was still clothed. I grabbed as much of the soap, shampoo, and other bubbly bath products as I could and practically dumped all of it in the tub. We both leaned over the edge, watching for a moment, waiting for the bubbles to get bigger and bigger.

When it started leaking out of the tub, I took multiple steps back and pulled out my wand. Mumbling a spell under my breath, we watched as the bubbles started to animate themselves and fly through the air. Now, all we had to do was get the bubbles out of the bathroom, and out into the rest of the castle to cause mayhem. Peeves poked his head through the wall, just to make sure that no one was coming. If we were going to do this, we had to be really sneaky about it. I wasn't about to have Professor McGonagall yell at me again. The last time, I thought she was going to put me in detention!

With a signal to go ahead, I opened the door of the bathroom and started shuffling the bubbles out of the bathroom. We weren't sure how long it would take for the bubbles to take over most of the castle, but we were ready. I snuck out of the bathroom and hid behind a pedestal, watching as the bubbles went down the stairs. Peeves was a little bit further ahead of me, trying to signal me to sneak out behind him without getting caught.

That's when we heard a loud scream. I ran through the hallways towards the scream and peered over the railing to find a small Hufflepuff freaking out because the bubbles were getting in her hair. This caused me to cackle, like really cackle, doubling over in laughter. Because not a few moments later, her friends rushed over to her to try and help her get the bubbles out, but the funniest part was that more and more bubbles kept coming because we hadn't stopped it at all. So now, all of them were turning into these soapy bubble monsters and Peeves, and I couldn't keep it together.

Our fun had to get stopped, naturally. Peeves failed me being the lookout. He was laughing as hard as I was and didn't notice that we had indeed been caught. Just like we hoped wouldn't happen, Professor McGonagall found us, both of us covered in bubbles, rolling around like we'd lost it. She stopped everything and reprimanded us. Peeves didn't really care. But I wound up with detention for the month. You know what though? It was totally worth it. Best day ever.

Stay silly,

Aria
