It was that rarest of times: a gloriously sunny early-spring day. Rita Skeeter hummed as she double-checked the contents of her reporter's bag in preparation for an excursion to a remote area of Wales. Her latest vic- er, interviewee was a witch who was reportedly the direct descendant of an ancient druidess who had been a consort of the god Lugh. This witch still lived in a sacred grove and practiced some of the old Celtic rituals.
"This will be a wonderful interview," crowed Rita, checking that she had backups for her backups, including her favorite Quick-Quotes Quill and special ink. "I shouldn't need much embellishing; I am certain her story is full of pathos and heartbreak. After all, it must be so desperately horrid living in a time when one would encounter ridicule, or worse, blank stares rather than the homage that is due one. I can't fathom how she can bear it. Just delicious fare!"
Donning her most elaborately embroidered robes, the intrepid reporter quickly checked the coordinates and then Apparated to a point just outside of Cardiff in order to procure proper transportation for her trek into the countryside.
Inside her bag, Rita's Quick-Quotes Quill sneakily shifted along the lining until it was hidden behind several other, more flashy feathers. As Rita settled in for the carriage ride to the grove, the Quill listened hard, eager to work more on its masterpiece. Sure enough, the faint voice reached the quill, fading in and out but still mostly understandable. The Quill got to work immediately.
Next moment, what seem to be a great green and gold, came zooming into the stadium. It did one circuit of the stadium, then split into two smaller comments, each hurtling toward the goal post. A rainbow art suddenly across the field, is connecting the two balls of light. The crowd is denied, as there is a fireworks display. Now the rainbow faded in the balls of late midnight it emerged; they had formed a great shimmering shamrock, which was up into the sky and began to sort over the stands. Something like golden rain seem to be falling from it -
"Excellent!" The other one is a shamrock sort of them, and he got coins rain from it, bouncing off their heads in seats. Squinting up at the Shamrock, Harry realized it was actually comprised of thousands of tiny little beautiful men with red vests, each carrying a magnet lamp of golden green.
Leprechauns! Supplies in the ground, many of them are still fighting and rummaging rather do the chairs to retrieve the code.
What are you gonna come in and go to the on the oculus! Now you gotta buy me a Christmas present, Ha!"
It's down to the field on the opposite side from the field and settle themselves cross link to watch the match.
"I'm so glad you consent," said Rita, opening up her bag and scooping out the Quick-Quotes Quill. "I always like to get a bit of local color and perspective in my pieces. Now, how long have you known Estella?" She looked expectantly at her carriage companion, a middle-aged man in a tweed coat and cap. The Quill, shocked at such abrupt behavior, did its best not to drip ink on the open page of the notebook.
Twenty minutes and several pages of excellent enhancements later, Rita thanked the local and departed the carriage in front of a small shop in a nondescript village. She stowed her notebook and the Quick-Quotes Quill back in her bag and, consulting the directions she'd been given, set off on foot for the willow grove. The Quill sank gratefully to the bottom of the bag, found its place in its own notebook, and listened again.
Mary call me if you're not gonna watch a normal speed, you're going to miss things! Who is dancing up and down on the waiting room is in the air while toy to the lab for around the field. Quickly over the top of the leprechauns watching from the sidelines at opposite into the air again and form the green, glittering shamrock. Across the field available are watching them soccer league.
Fairies with himself, how do you spell hospital back to normal as play resumed.
Mary knew enough about what age to see that the Irish cheeses word Super. They worked is the same listing, the movement so uncoordinated that they appear to be reading one another's minds the same position themselves, and there was an Aries just kept squeaking her name is: "choice - - Maria! And within 10 minutes, Ireland and scored twice more, bringing Millie to 30 zero and causing understand frozen plus3 glad supporters.
"Well, that was definitely worth the trip," said Rita, opening her bag wide. "I do rather wish - but... Oh! There you are, you silly Quill. How you keep getting lost in here is beyond me. I may have to start Summoning you if you're going to behave like this." She pulled out the Quick-Quotes Quill and gave it a little shake before relenting and smoothing its plume. "No matter. That witch was quite entertaining all on her own. I wouldn't be surprised if I win Article of the Month for this one. Then I'll be justified in taking that vacation on the French Riviera, don't you think?" Smugly, she tucked the Quick-Quotes Quill behind one ear, where it hung on for dear life, wishing it had been able to figure out what those supporters had been up to.
