Games. Sports. Magical. Muggle. So many options, which one should we choose? Thankfully we don't have to choose just one. Would you like to play some games with our beloved characters this month? Some of them are rather tame, others more dangerous. Whatever the case may be, I'm certain that someone will be up for it.
- Chess: Let's start with an easy one. This person has a very strategic mind and has no trouble concentrating... when they want to.
Ronald Weasley
- Quidditch: Yet another familiar to us all. This person can easily adapt to whatever is happening around them. They can follow all of the action without any trouble.
Minerva McGonagall
- Quodpot: Explosive variation of Quidditch. This person is obnoxiously loud and unapologetic. They speak their mind and have no problem telling people that they are better.
Draco Malfoy
- Hopscotch: Modesty Barebone wants you to play with her. This person enjoys the simple things in life. They are classic and whimsically childlike, you can almost hear them singing, even now.
Queenie Goldstein
- Shuntbumps: Muggle jousting on brooms? This person enjoys the lighter side of life and thinks it would be hilarious to knock people off of their brooms for fun.
Lee Jordan
- Gobstones: When a regular game of marbles just won't do. This person isn't afraid to get their hands dirty -or smelly. They also play for keeps.
Alastor Moody
- Self-Shuffling Cards: Could things get any easier... or mechanical? This person tends to just go with the flow. They follow all of the rules, to the letter, and never change... much.
Percy Weasley
- Exploding Snap: Tick, tick, boom. This person is a problem just waiting to happen. They seem innocent enough, at first, but as time goes by you find yourself just waiting for them to explode.
Xenophilius Lovegood
- Tarot Readings: Another familiar pastime, yes? This person has a deep fascination with the future and always wants to know what is going on around them, they're quite nosy, to be honest.
Lavender Brown
- Swivenhodge: Ancient. Archaic. This person is unorthodox and outdated. A bit barbaric, even.
Thorfinn Rowle
- Stichstock: If you thought that last one was barbaric... this is a thousand times worse. This person is very bizarre and wants to be seen. They take pride in their actions, evil as they are.
Antonin Dolohov
- Creaothceann: Super old sport played on brooms. People had to catch falling ROCKS in cauldrons attached to their helmets. What? This person is not the sharpest tool in the shed. They do not always think things through properly.
Cormac McLaggen
What do YOU think? Have I gotten them right, or do you think that someone else more readily personifies one of these games and sports? Come tell us how awful I did over in our SOUP thread in the Common Room.
