Hello my fellow snakes - welcome back to another issue of Chatting with...
As summer approaches, we start to think about our summer plans. Many of us are just spending time with family, while some of us are traveling. This month, I've had the pleasure of finding out what some of our favorite Hogwarts students are up to this summer.
Serenity Black: Malfoy, you got a minute?
Draco Malfoy: For you, I've got two.
SB: Any summer plans?
DM: Yeah, Mother said we are going to spend part of the summer in France. Mother even said Father will be there, but with his work, I'm not sure if he'll actually make it.
SB: I'm sure if your mum said he'd be there... he will.
DM: We'll see. I have to get to class. I'll see you around. Have a good summer, Serenity.
SB: You too, Malfoy!
Serenity Black: Ron! Any upcoming trips to Egypt this summer?
Ronald Weasley: This year we're staying home. Mum said she's had enough excitement from all the trouble the twins caused this year. Plus, she said we lot don't know how to behave when vacationing.
SB: Well whatever you do end up doing, I hope you have a great summer.
RW: Thanks, you too!
Serenity Black: Hi, Pansy. Any fun plans for the summer?
Pansy Parkinson: No! We were supposed to go to Italy. But father says we need to spend the summer attending gatherings and parties that other prominent families are holding. I'd rather go to Italy.
Serenity Black: Dean! Hey, you have a quick second? I'm trying to find out what everyone is doing for summer break for the Slytherin paper.
Dean Thomas: Hey Ser. Sure thing. Summer is going to be fantastic! I'm going to spend it home in London, but... I'm going to get to spend a few days training with West Ham U team. I still can't believe it, to be honest!
SB: Dean, that sounds fantastic! I know how much you love muggle football.
DT: Yes! Do you have any plans?
SB: Just a staycation. I've got family coming from out of town. Some of them are muggles, so we will be doing a lot of things muggles do on vacation. Have some beach days planned. Some days at the theme park and of course, shopping!! I hope you ave a great summer!
DT: Thanks Ser! You too!
Whatever you do this summer... regardless if you're going to another country, staying local, or even getting to spend some time with your favorite football team - I hope it's a great one. Enjoy your time out in the sun!
