Dear Draco

by Draco Malfoy

Dear Draco,

Now that the summer holidays have begun, how do you cope with transitioning from the dungeons to the outside world? I mean, I love the dungeons (our home), but it's so different when we aren't living there!

-Slytherin Coping With Summer

Dear Slytherin,

For once, I understand exactly what one of the readers of this publication means! I really do. You are very correct in saying that it is very different. There really is no one way to adjust. This isn't the answer that you are wanting, but it definitely is what you are getting. I think it just takes time!

Sincerely,

Draco Malfoy

Dear Draco,

What should I do until next term starts up? I don't know what to do with my free time!

-King of Boredom

Dear King of Boredom,

A Ravenclaw would say to study for the upcoming term. However, I am no Ravenclaw. As a Slytherin, I think you should take advantage of the opportunities that come your way. Perhaps you could also do a little bit of exploring instead of sitting around at home.

Sincerely,

Draco Malfoy

Dear Draco,

I have a pool party to go to but I don't like being in a bathing suit. What should I do? Should I stay home or should I go have fun with my friends? I really want to go but I'm not comfortable with my body like that.

Sincerely,

Sad in a Bikini

Dear Sad in a Bikini,

I think if you really want to go that you should go for it. I understand if you may be uncomfortable with your body, but try to have confidence in yourself! You are a Slytherin; you are strong. You can do it while looking fabulous and having fun with your friends.

Sincerely,

Draco Malfoy.

Dear Draco,

I really need some help! My friends are expecting me to have this crazy-awesome pool party! Bad news: I've never planned one before. How do I do it? Can you help me with this?

-Party Planner

Dear Party Planner,

I cannot physically help you with this, but I do have some advice to give. As long as you have in mind what you would want to have at a pool party, then you are fine! Just make it something you would want to go to. Be as extravagant or simple as you want! You are the host, so you get to decide everything. If your friends don't like it or can't appreciate the work you put into it then you need some new friends who will.

Sincerely,

Draco Malfoy
