If you've ever been to Disney, you've probably had the Mickey Ice Cream Bar!
It's one of my favorite snacks to get while at the parks. Even if you have to eat it quickly on these hot days. So, let's talk about how you can make this delicious treat at home!
Here are the ingredients you will need:
- Vanilla ice cream- Mickey cookie cutter
- Jumbo craft popsicle sticks (wide sturdy ones)
- 1 Cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Coconut oil
Here are the instructions:
1. Let vanilla ice cream soften a little. Not too soft or else you'll have a milkshake. Just soft enough to handle easily.2. While ice cream is softening, mix together semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl.
3. Heat 30 seconds and mix. Repeat until completely melted.
4. Scoop ice cream to fill Mickey cookie cutter and then lift cookie cutter.
5. Hold over chocolate mixture and spoon over chocolate to complete cover.
6. Lay on tray and repeat steps 3-5 until 4 Mickey Bars are made.
7. Place tray back in freezer for 15-20 minutes to have stiffer ice cream.
