Space is a fascinating place filled with many fascinating objects from stars and comets, to large and small planets that look completely different, to black holes and many other things in between. It's even got a flaming ball of fire masquerading as the Sun!
On top of all these interesting objects, the planets in our solar system also have moons. Earth only has one, but that isn't so bad when you consider Mercury and Venus do not have any. It must be a very lonely existence for those planets. Saturn, on the other hand, has a whopping 82 moons! I'd like to know why it felt like it needed so many, wouldn't you?
For the sake of this contest, Pluto is still a major planet. Seriously what were they thinking demoting the planet named for a god with the title of Lord of the Dead. We are just going to pretend they never made that insane decision.
This contest comes in 3 parts.
Below you will see a list of 15 moons, the letters of the names have been scrambled and it is up to you to unscramble them.
After that you will list the planet that the moon belongs to. (Note that just because a planet has a moon does not mean they will definitely have a moon featured in the unscramble)
Finally, you will insert the moons into the crossword puzzle in their correct spots.
