Hi there, it's Katie_slytherin here and today we are going to have a nice clean chat (not that our chats are usually dirty). So take a seat, grab a broom, and get your feather duster because we're about to do some spring cleaning! That's right fold, this month we get to do chores- woohoo. Today we will be talking with cleaning expert PURPLEGEMS3. How is she an expert you may ask? Well, er, I actually don't know if she is or not, but we're about to find out!
Katie: Hello there, thank you so much for meeting with me today to talk about the wondrous subject of Spring cleaning.! So, here's the question we are all dying to know- do you do an annual spring cleaning?
Imogen: Yeah, quite tiring mind with the stuff that can build up on the ovens & stuff but nice to see clean & tidy house at the end of the day
Katie: You're right, deep cleaning like that really can take a lot out of you, but it is worth it in the end. Such a satisfying feeling. Would you say that your room is messy or neat?Imogen: My room is usually neat. I clean my bedroom every Sunday unless I have plans that day like going to a convention halfway around the country with my friends or spending time with my family abroad
Katie: Wow, it sounds like you have quite an exciting life, we might have to bring you back to talk about your amazing travels and conventions! But for this month we will stick to spring cleaning, moving on, What is one item you own that you could never throw away?
Imogen: The books on my bookshelves that are signed by the author
Katie: That sounds very cool! Those are definitely keepsake items. What is your favourite and least favourite chore?
Imogen: My favourite chore is cleaning & reorganizing my bookshelves but my least favourite chore is cleaning my bathroom
Katie: Reorganizing collections is definitely a fun activity. Do you have a clothing item you've hav forever?
Imogen: I feel like I've had my brown coat for ages at this point (probably been only a decade since I brought it but still in more or less the same condition I bought it in)
Katieo you ever do chores with music, if so, what do you listen to?
Imogen: I usually listen to Heart's Feel Good Weekend on the radio or something whilst I'm doing my chores
Katie: That sounds like a good choice. Have you ever helped a friend or family member clean their house?
Imogen: I've helped my family clean the house because of the lack of time they have to actually clean it head to toe
Katie: *flips notebook* Alright, what is next on the list here... Ah, Do you have any pets? If so, what do you have to do to clean up after them? If not, what animal would you want to get?
Imogen: Yes, we have a French Bulldog at home. I don't pick up her poo or anything but I am usually the one with poo bags & treats when on walks with her
Katie: Ooo a French Bulldog, very nice! I have a Golden Doodle. When is the last time you cleaned out your fridge?
Imogen: I actually accidentally got Carbonara Sauce on the fridge a few days ago so LOL
Katie: Ah, yikes! Well, at least your fridge got some love haha. Okay, last question for you- Will you do any HEX Spring cleaning? Like organizing your trophy case or wishlist, or maybe remodelling your store, or perhaps clearing out your watch list?
Imogen: I am due to clear out & reorganize my wishlist & my inventory on HEX soon tbf
Katie: I should probably do that too... Well, that's the end of my questions, thank you so much for joining me! Perhaps you have inspired some folks out there to do some cleaning themselves!
All right, folks, that wraps up this issue's Chatting With..! Thanks for reading, and thanks Imogen for coming to chat with us!
