Wrocking into Spring
By nicole2013
Calm down people! I've felt some pressure from all of you, so much that I've caved in to your wishes. Ever since that Lucy girl mentioned my Wrock concert outings (and those made up stories about the booze), I've been receiving a TON of fan mail-which is quite lovely, considering I'm quite new to SOUP-asking just how do I do it. Now, now. I promise to give you all my tips and tricks...just don't tell the headmaster. Or Alisha. She might notice that I'm now the one to leave the SOUP HQ in a clutter from hiding out in there after the Wrock shows.
Crap! Now I've already spoiled one of my best tips! Well, I guess I should start now. I should also add that April is the perfect time to practice concert-going; there are tons of new shows and albums out (or out pretty soon)!
A Going-to-Wrock-Concerts-While-at-Hogwarts How-to Guide
1. DO NOT tell anyone where you're going...though they might figure it out by what you've put on under your cloak, but at least you'll be looking stylish in your leather clothes and rockin' boots
2. Also, make sure you haven't eaten too much...trust me on this one. Oh, and make sure to have your tickets and your wand.
3. Sneakily sneak out of the common room. There are many ways to do this, so I'm going to let you choose your own method.
4. Now for the big sneakily sneaking; sneak out of Hogwarts. Figure this out yourself. I'm sure if you're smart enough to choose Wrock music (instead of that awful muggle music), then you're smart enough to get this far without too much of my guidance.
5. You've done it! Now just get to the Wrock concert. (As for what you do there, you should be Wrockin' out, having a good time. No, I do not encourage getting drunk, but if that's what you wish, then go ahead...not that it doesn't improve the whole concert-going experience. Wait, what?)
6. Moving on. Once done at the concert you need to get back. By this time you might have had a little too much to drink. Am I right? So it might be a little tricky, and you might not remember just how you got back to the castle. Oh well!
7. What I like to do next is find a place to wait a bit before you go back to the dorms. You wanna make sure you haven't had too much to drink, or that you aren't too crazy and wound up, or having that post-concert depression. This is where the SOUP HQ comes in for me. For Me. So find your own place.
8. After that you're pretty much golden. Just try not to fall over too much or wake too many people up while you go to your bed to crash because you Wrocked so much that you'll be exhausted for the next week (and then you'll do it all over again, or is that just me?).
Well, my fellow Wrock lovers, and crazy fans, I hope this has been somewhat helpful. It should be, because I wrote it. Anyways, send me an owl, letting me know how well it went? And then we can gush and discuss our favorite Wrock musicians (or I've heard muggles call it fangirling/boying; it's such a weird term!).
Until we Wrock again,
Ms. CrazynotdrunkWrockergirl
