Luna's Lair
By Sophia Oceanborn

Hello, friends! I was surprised when Oana came to me a few days ago, asking for a SOUP article. She said something about not wanting Kreacher to ruin the theme. That poor Elf must be really showing his age. I heard that old House Elves can get a pretty nasty case of Wobblegulfis. Ah, pity...

It's beautiful, isn't it? Suddenly, everything is back to life. The warmth of the sun, the trees, the thrilling birds... Sometimes I feel like people don't understand the little things that make life beautiful. Everything happens in such a dazzling hurry I'm suprised we're not tired yet. Or maybe we are... That's because we only care about the final result and neglect the way there, only to realise that the final product is not that worthy in the end. I wish we could all take a moment to breathe in the chilly morning air, relax, and be happy.

There are moments in which I wish I were in Slytherin. Ravenclaws are nice housemates, don't get me wrong, but sometimes their arrogance and cockiness can get exhausting... You, Slytherins, are a bunch of lovely people. You are like a family, and those true to you will stick until the end, don't you ever forget that. Power doesn't come in numbers. Don't let your pride and rush drive get in the way. Stop chasing shadows, just enjoy the ride. In the end, how much is a House Cup worth if you can't share it with friends?

Oh, and before I forget... I'm gonna leave this song here to help my message sink in.

Laugh, Live, Love,
Luna.
